Are the gemstones real?
Yes — 100% natural gemstones. Every order includes a natural stone certificate of authenticity issued for its materials.
Is my piece really one of a kind?
Yes. We deliberately use raw, uncut and irregular stones. Because no two natural stones are identical, no two bracelets are either — yours is the only one like it.
What does "CHROMIQUE" mean?

Sizing
How do I choose a bracelet size?
Wrap a soft measuring tape (or a strip of paper) around your wrist where you'd wear the bracelet, then add 1–1.5 cm for comfort. Choose the closest size: 14.5 / 15 / 16 / 17 / 18 cm. Most wrists fit 15–16 cm. When in doubt, size up slightly.
Engraving
Can I have my piece engraved?
Yes — almost every product carries a small silver tail tag, and we offer engraving on any product: names, initials, dates or a short word. Simply tell us the text after ordering (WhatsApp or email).
How long does engraving take?
Engraved pieces are hand-finished and take about 5–7 business days to prepare before shipping. Non-engraved orders ship in 1–3 business days.

Where do you ship from, and is shipping really free?
We ship worldwide from Hangzhou, China. For retail orders, standard international shipping is already included in the price — no surprise fees at checkout.
How long will my order take?
Processing: 1–3 business days (5–7 for engraved pieces). Delivery: typically 8–15 business days to most destinations in Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific. Every order includes tracking.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes — unworn items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Engraved (personalized) pieces are made just for you and cannot be returned. See our Refund Policy for details.

Do you offer wholesale?
